All County Undergoes PACS / RIS Transformation
In an effort to offer our very best to our patients and referring physicians, All County MRI is implementing a Picture Archive and Communications System (PACS) from Kodak Medical Systems in conjunction with a Radiology Information System(RIS) from WebMD Radiology Systems. Once completed, these two systems will allow us to operate our five facilities paperless and filmess. Our patient care and image quality will be even better once this digital conversion is complete!

Kodak Mammography Computer Aided Detection (CAD) System
Mammogram patients seen in our Elmont and Flushing Offices will have their mammogram films digitized and analyzed with a Kodak CAD system.
Dr. Richard Rizzuti, Board Certified Radiologist reads all Mammography cases in our Elmont office. A recent clinical study found that 39.4% of missed cancers could have been detected 14.8 months sooner with the Kodak CAD system.
This CAD system is not designed to replace the radiologist, however, it is used in conjunction with Dr. Rizzuti’s time-tested experience to ensure that we are providing the very best care for our patients.
New Lightspeed QX/i Purchased for the Elmont Facility
We recently purchased a new 4-slice Lightspeed Computer Tomography (CT) Scanner for our Elmont Location. This new scanner will offer the very latest in CT technology for our patients and referring physicians.
Kodak Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) System
Our offices are linked through an integrated Kodak PACS System. Referring Physicians can access their patient’s studies online through our web server. An internet connection (preferably cable modem, fractional T-1, or full T-1 connection) is necessary. Contact your local marketing rep or contact us via this website to set up your account on our online web server.
Medical Manager Radiology Information System
Our patients will be amazed at how efficient our offices are! We are currently implementing new office management computer software, Medical Manager Radiology Module. This new system will allow our offices to operate completely paperless. Our patient’s clinical and personal information will be stored within our secure system. Patient Reports will be automatically faxed once our on staff radiologists approve them.
